i have some questions here, for you guys.... i have a 19 yr old daughter in the phils....is there any posibilities for her to come over aside from a tourist visa? if so what kind of visa she need to apply for her to stay with me.

If she was under 18 then there would have been a chance to get her British Nationality by descent (assuming you are British). I dont think you can do this now as she has reached the British age of majority (even though it is 21 in The Phils). Actually even a tourist visa may be a problem as the embassy will reject such applications if they suspect the applicant's real intention is to settle.
Sorry that this is a bit negative but Im not sure if there is an obvious solution

What is your visa? if you are on spouse or work permit then you can get her a dependant visa. You just have to provide the right documents. Goodluck!
