hi gparry, thanks for reply, my kids are 2years and oldest nearly 4years, my wife will not let me bring my kids to uk, i went 2 rp in june to try and she got the police and i was taken to local police station,they did tell me that i have 2 prove shes a bad mother, but they didnt say that the kids have 2 be 7years old 2 bring them to uk if i can prove that she is. the brit embassy said i dont need to get permision to leave with them at the airport in rp as they got brit passports and brit birthcerts..Originally Posted by gparry2007
how old are your kids?...if your wife would agree that u can take them then there will be no problem...but if she wont then thats a real big problem..if the kids are under 7 years old the custody of the child always get by the mother (unless u prove the authority that she is not a good mother to her kids)..then when they reach the age of seven the court would then let the kids to choose whom they want to stay with either with mother or father...hope that helps
