France is on the up in my opinion. Dealing strongly with the Roma's and Burkas both issues that all of the other lily livered Euros (including UK) wish could be quietly brushed under the carpet.
You can bet when it all kicks off (which it surely will) they won't hesitate in putting the CRS and Army in.
