I think applications submitted *before 29/11/10 won't need the English language test as uve already past the life in the uk test.

... By MY reckoning, NO-ONE who has taken - and passed - the 'Life In The UK' Test will require to sit ANY of the English Language Tests - *regardless of WHEN they apply for either ILR and/or British Citizenship!
