Hi, I am new to this site and seen that many are responding and are willing to share their experiences and give advice. I am Filipina presently working as a Nurse in Saudi Arabia and planning to get married this coming November to my british bf in my country, the problem is he is unemployed and receiving health benefit due to his back problem for more than a year now. I would like to ask which type of visa i can apply in order for me to be with him in Uk after our marriage, Is it true that once he get married to me while i have a job his health benefits will be stop? Can i still apply for spouse visa though he cannot able to support me without using that benefits because of his present condiiton?Please I need advice. Thanks
