    Unhappy fiancée visa

    im a uk citizen by birth and my bf is a Filipino in the uk on a student visa witch expires in 2 weeks we have an 8 week old daughter and im currently on maternity allowance and tax credit and child benefit we want to apply for a fiancée visa my bf has a job offer for when he is legally allowed to work here we have no savings and i would like to start work but will be unable to find child care with him gone back home also we are currently living at my grandparents we have a bedroom and a lounge to ourselves is our situation as hopeless as i think and we will just get denied also to make things harder i have no bank account and use my mothers i feel we are in a hopeless mess and cant see a way forward

    can he not extend his student visa?, what level has he been studying to ?

    he has just almost finished his nvq 3 his visa is for 3 and 4 his education provider are not listed as tier 4 sponsors any more and the money to enrol else were would be 2 much.may as-well use that money for the wedding and things

    i dont think there is much he can do now with 2wks left on his visa and having no savings btw you both.

    i take it you didn't apply for a COA and marry was because you didn't have savings etc.

    whats your plans he goes back to the phils and applies for a fiancée or spouse visa when your working and have savings ?
