Here is a question that you or somebdy else may be able to help me with.
I've read some books about the Philippines ranging from Culture shock to some histories.
Much of the culture is talked about, but does that only really occur in the more rural areas now and the bigger cities are like big cities throughout the world albeit with their own particular style.
Maybe I should raed the Culture shock for the UK and see if I recognise the place!

most people move out of the rural areas to the cities for work and it must be one big shock for many , but as you are aware by now, the filipino people adapt to many many things very quicky, i think we could never adapt as quickly as they do but who knows, if we was in a other situation
