Is the British Embassy in Manila will be open in November 1 & 2?

Hi everyone

i just would like to ask if the British Embassy in Manila, Phil will be open in November 1 & 2 because my fiancee will exchange his CNI into local CNI to get the legal capacity to Marry at the BRitish Embassy..Hope to get response from you all..thank u..

It doesn't say anything on the website, but there is a number there (+63) (2) 858 2200 and they'll give you an answer straight away. Don't be afraid, they are nice and friendly.

november 1 is a holiday.. i dont think it will open

yep..November 1 is a regular holiday so offices are closed that day..but i think the next day it's back to work for them.

i still dont think so rusty as all the offices will be closed on nov. 1
i think even the malls will be closed by noon time but you may call the uk office to confirm

the uk embassy in manila work a snails pace and if you need anything done then keep emailining them but better to get your fiance/ husband in uk to chase them. they forget they are governed by uk law not filipino and they are employees of goverment in fact us. always excuses untill you get a legal adviser and the courts to hurry them up. but apart from them the filipinos in general are very friendly and helpful.
