if you've been in the UK only 1yr your going to have to apply for further leave to remain FLR(M)

you might be granted flr for 2yrs or until you've been in the UK 2yrs (another yr ??)
you can apply for this any time up til a few days b4 your visa expires, but i would do it asap.
have you passed the 'life in uk' test ?
your financial situation has changed, is your husband working ?
