Tagalog you can learn with "Rosseta Stone" to learn any of the dialects you would need to find a VERY good English Teacher whos first language is in your case Warayx2 local folk learn as kids like we learn English inductively there are virtualy no deductive systems for any of the others but an English teacher at the top of there game "might" be able to develope lesson plans in your target language the only other way i.m.h.o. is to go there and immerse yourself
