i was in the pearl manila hotel last year with wife and kids wen ondoy struck, next day we coudnt go outside hotel as water in the streets was up to peoples knees. and i was staying at the duck inn along del pilar st in 2006 wen reming hit and for me that was worse as it took part of the roof off, and had to find another hotel that was hard to find at the time, but lucky for me my family was in province down south..Originally Posted by dontpushme
After my sister almost died during Ondoy, I've been dreading news of more typhoons. I guess it's okay coz this time, there'll be more wind than rain, and she's safe in a sturdy building. Ondoy was just a whole lotta rain.
