    yea yea indeed my friend,
    well, before to complete the application for registration certificate, my fiancee must be show that she's in uk since 5 years or something like that? or she could do that even shes only one year now?

    she doesn't even need a registration cert, but i'm sure it would improve what little chance you have of getting a visit visa, if you apply for a visit visa expect it to be refused, so your not if you are. and are if you are granted it, thou many visit visa's are refused, buy you never know til you try

    lol well, she doesnt even need a registration cert because shes italian. but she will need it if she want to be a sponsor, to invite me as her fiance to enter uk, so this is teh question

    they used to say the people of the world are d same, but i dont think so, i hate visas man, or i hate them when they get it harder and it'll be many dificulties for immigrants

    She cant come to italy now for this, we are planing for it to uk,
    She must be living five years in uk to be able to apply for the permanent residence?

    Tell me, what about tourist visa, can she be the sponsor too'? cause i dont have a work now, and sould she have the damn permanent residence!?

    yes i think she can sponsor you and no i don't think she needs permanent residency
    but you could be refused the visit visa.
