Basically, follow the above...delete all of the code before including the = then add each side of it [ y t ]*********[ / y t ] with no spaces betwwen yt etc.

Yes in 'Advanced' I always preview it 1st anyway, just to make sure it's working.

Haven't added a picture yet, need to work that one out myself.

Easy.

First, for youtube...copy the address line from the youtube page for that vid (while vid is running).

Then press the icon above the smilies that looks like a strip of film. Copy your address into the box that comes up. DONE.

Photos: press the 'insert image' button above the smilies. Press the 'select' files' tab on the box that opens. go to where the image is on your computer. Press 'open', and then press the upload file tab on the box. Job done.

For pics that you have stored on online storage sites like photobucket etc, just copy the 'direct' address for the picture, and paste it straight onto your post, with [img] in front of the pasted address and [(forward slash)img]after it, no gaps, square brackets.

I had to write the 'forward slash' in, to avoid making a proper link.

e.g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNWto4xiCcw

and in your post click on the 'insert video' icon, the 5th icon from right on the menu bar with bold,italics,underline etc..

then paste your youtube link in the box that should now be open

Thanks Joe ,but I tried using the method stated in the previous posts but make a complete dogs ear of it. I will keep experimenting until I get it right
