pete, you need to copy the youtube link upto the & symbol in the address bar

e.g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNWto4xiCcw

and in your post click on the 'insert video' icon, the 5th icon from right on the menu bar with bold,italics,underline etc..

then paste your youtube link in the box that should now be open
