Actually, come to think of it,I haven't noticed anyone ... or any of the big supermarkets - like Tesco, for example - selling poppies at their tobacco kiosks this year.
Usually around now, you see youngsters ... army, naval and airforce cadets ... rattling their collection cans in High Streets & shopping malls.
Which brings me to the question: Is Remembrance Sunday tomorrow or next week? Because I've still to buy a poppy yet!
