I find that having a beard in the Phils makes no difference to being hot or not, but it can cover up some ugly faces.

A LOT of guys nowdys here in Pinas are trying to emulate the Pacman-stubble,I am sitting in an office at the moment opposite one such guy,I see dozens of them in the streets each week,pacman is a fashion idol and a small scruffy beard is IN at the moment as far as his fans are concerned
