Not sure whether I should post this, but I would recommend you try www.livingincebuforums.com for this (Not just expats in Cebu, plenty from all over). Many members on here living in the Philippines post on both forums; although to be fair, I only go on there for info and ignore some of the inane crap thats discussed (warning, don't get drawn into that). FilipinoUK is much more British and gentleman like (or ladylike!).
