Living in philippines

I am going to philippines in december to possibly settle down with my fiancee,she lives in trento,augusan del sur mindanao,i been there before,but would like advice on accomodation,is there any local estate agents,secure/private areas,as she is unsure.does any fellow members have any info,advice

My own suggestion would be look for somewhere when you are there.
Personally, I would avoid agents if possible.
If you find a nice place you both like I would suggest to let your fiancee do the business and try to avoid letting people know that a foreigner is involved in the deal.
