I use caxton myself never a problem It might be worth checking on fairfax though competition can pay off
If you use your card for "shopping" you also avoid the ATM 200 (or some of it) fee I do that all the time per 10,000 piso which is a common transaction max at metro bank you can draw a second 10 k but of course another 200
If your not living in the city when ever I go to a mall i change several 1000 piso notes and use the small change in local stores and for trykes and cabs as its often a number to get change
