I would not however recommend PNB Bank- my experience with their replies and customer service was very poor and they did not seem interested in my complaint.

I wouldn't agree with that. I couldn't log into my online remittance account a couple of days ago...a quick phone call & things were back to normal. I've had to phone them before & always thought they were polite & courteous.

If you want real bad service, I remember my time with xoom.

I tried on several occasions to register various cards with XOOM and failed every time. As for customer service, it was virtually non-existent.
