There's an American guy called Bob Gatzen on there who is VERY good at teaching you how to tune and maintain your drum kit!

My only advice would be to be mindful of how you arrange your kit, your stool height and where your snare sits positioned and height and so on. If you just quickly arrange your drums and say 'bah, that'll do' you probably wont play very well, and get aches and pains and stuff! Following professional advice on how to set your drum positions and heights will make you better drummer right away!
