pontywaun, nr newport , np11 7ga , agents say £525 pcm. 3 double bed, with attic conversion, lovely views and very quiet, combi boiler central heating. bus stop 300 yards away , train station 1.5 miles away, m4 motorway 6 miles away. shop 150 yards away, morrisons,tesco all in 5 miles. any more info just ask.
