My wife is here on a settlement visa and we are planning on visiting the Philippines next August. She arrived here before they introduced th3 new English language test.
My question is will she be asked to pass an English language test on re-entering the UK when we come back?
you only need to have passed the test if your applying for a visa, since your wife has her visa already no need to, unless she needs to apply for FLR at some point
