Hmm ... merely supposition ... but I wonder if,- in the event of nothing short of a miracle - the law as it stands were to be altered in line with that currently applicable to the rest of the EU ... whether those who have already brought their legally-wedded spouses to the UK would be eligible for a proportionate refund of visa fees disbursed???
