With most Premier games off I'm surprised to see with an hour to go till kick off that Blackburn Roosters v West Ham still seems to be going ahead - maybe its the microclimate there

Schools,Airports in fact the whole transport network are being crippled.
The media reported and moaned about our inabilites to be prepared and to cope last January & February....

The same a week or 10 days ago...
This time is was forecast and nothing has changed........
