i got informations from uk filipino forum archives...its nice to know that CNI can be presented in Cebu consular office...no need to travel to manila... thanks...

im also from cebu but now here in uk. I used to visit the british consular office in cebu. She is very strict. Wasnt able to meet her in person although i keep calling her for an appointments. But my case was my visa going here at that time.

What i did with ours my husband got his CNI here in then send it to me. I went to British Embassy Manila for changing it to legal capacity. You need to pay an amount i think it was 4k that was last year and a copy of your fiance's passport.

kumusta! thanks for the info...so pag adto nimo sa manila dili sila strikto sa personal appearance sa applicant? wala sadka nagtry sa cebu office bahin sa CNI largo raka manila? where ka sa uk ann basin silingan rata, hehehe...nia ko Lancashire...
