hi to all,
i'm still here in uk as tourist. me and my british partner decided to marry but unfortunately can't be abled to marry here since i am tourist visa holder and needs more long days of stay for the COA application. So, we decided to marry in Philippines hopefully this June. am now confused of the documents needed...as far as i know..my british partner will get CNI here in uk then presented to british embassy in Manila in exchange of Legal capacity to Marry... I am from Cebu, is it possible to present the CNI in Cebu british consulate to get Legal Capacity to Marry? and then Do i need that Certificate of Non- Marriage from NSO? and Bring them to Malacanang for Authentication? I can't confirm right documents needed in the philippines since im still here...so i just want to have your ideas to avoid delays in processing when we will arrive there...
