My fiancee applied for a visitors visa last july and was refused, we had known each other through the internet for 6/7 months at that time , we just wanted to spend some time and get to know each other . I gave up the job and went over there for a month, got on very well together. She is soon going to apply for fiancee visa , it lasts 6 months but we must get married in that time otherwise she has to go back to PI. The fiancee or spouse visa is the most popular application, if I was not working full time I think we would get married in PI.
