Get to the Embassy ASAP on arrival in Manila, providing it is within opening hours of course.
You're supposed to pick it up the next day, but if you explain your tight schedule, they might do it sameday??? as someone else on here managed to get it...Also depends what day it is?
Get to the Registrars as soon as you can...License will take 10 working days, though we got ours in 10 straight days (though this dosen't appear to be the norm) Hopefully, you should just about have enough time.
...Just re-read your post. If you meant you have 10 days, from changing your CNI to having the marriage license in your hand, then 10 days probably wont be enough?
