I went to a pinoy BBQ in harlesden once, the husband was nigerian, retired bus driver called cyril, his wife was dahlia a pinay, havent seen them for years though Good luck in your quest

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

    Welcome to the forum !
I'm sure you have been busy already chatting to women meeting your requirements.
If you do have spare time, there is plenty of advice available here. A trip to the Philippines, already suggested, maybe costing around 2000 GBP or more, is the best advice. Before then, how about reading up about the country ?

    *Insight Guide Philippines (www.insightguides.com)
*The Rough Guide to The Philippines (www.roughguides.com)
*Culture Shock! A Survival Guide to Customs and Etiquette Philippines (www.marshallcavendish.com/genref)
There are many "nice, cool, beautiful" women in the Philippines. They all respond well to being treated with respect -filipinas is the correct term. Although English is spoken widely, learning even a little of the language is appreciated. *lonely planet phrasebooks Filipino (www.lonelyplanet.com).
Again ,if you have time, a short resume saying who you are, what your interests are, your occupation, and reasons for being interested in filipinas could be helpful. Good luck

    Talikng about Black men..
I had to have a serious conversation with my brother in law today after he advised me that there was a (and he used the "N" word).... at the door..
Filipino`s really do not seem to understand why it is deemed so offensive and he quite obviously didnt mean it to be..
Fortunately the Black fella didn't hear him..
(He is built like a brick **** house)

Correct, they don't understand the rudeness, It comes from the Spanish word "Negros" which means black.

If they don't understand it, then it's not necessarily intended to be rude.

Nearly there, the Spanish called the people
of "Negros" the black people, Hence "Negros" and the islands divided in two.
    occidental (east) and (oriental) west)
My abode is east, Dumagete, Great place BTY.

Actually the Orient is the East, and the Occident is the west (you had it the other way around). An Occidental Negro would be someone from the Americas .

Fred actually said "(and he used the "N" word)". The "N" word usually doesn't mean negro or negra, it usually means the word that rhymes with digger. In which case he was probably being ignorant.

I don't see anything wrong with the original post, except it has been written pretty blunt. But on a forum where English is a 2nd language for many, I don't think it's fair to make fun of ones bluntness with the English language. A better way it could be written would be:

"I would like to meet a filipino woman (filipina) x x"

"I would like a nice, cool (laid back/good sense of humour), beautiful filipino for love and relationship."

I'm guessing it's quite rare for black guys in the uk to hook up with filipinos (unlike in the united states, where it's rather common).

I dont agree with what you say in your first statement. Words are used in the Philippines that I would not use because we are indoctrinated in the uk/west not to use these words as they are deemed as racist. In other countries some words are used in everyday speech as they have done for generations, who are we to tell them they are wrong ?

As for 'black men' not dating Filipinas, how are we to know that? you only know my colour because of my profile photo. Nothing wrong with inter-racial relationships, why is colour/race an issue
