I would hazard a good guess and say Kensington earl's court area has the most per square metre! Whether that is because of the density of the hospitals in that area, I dont know. I agree with Tawi2. Having said that, I live in Swindon, a 10 minute walk from the main hospital, there are many filipina to be seen here as well Although nothing that compares with Kensington High Street.
