what if pinas will have snow?winter?

after a week of constant rain , cold days and night, what if pinas suddenly got snow like having winter After so much weird imagination and discussion with my friends, we came up with horrible scenarios 1. Black colored snow coming from the sky coz our atmosphere is full of carbon emission from jeepneys etc. 2. frozen nipa huts that will collapse after an inch of snow on its roof .. any more weird imaginations you can share

Yup,its "cold" in Davao at the moment or it was,you had the cold spell 3-7'th jan maybe 18 degrees?A bit more? But theres cold and theres COLD,I have been in -35(including wind-chill)in Ottawa, now THATS cold
Winter/snow in Pinas?Mass winter-kill,loads of street rugby-boys and homeless would die,the country would grind to a halt, tsinila manufacturers would go bankrupt overnight, and I could fish for cod from the beaches at Toril

No more nestle ice cream on the streets with their signature sounds, no more ice shakes peddling at the school gate or at the parks, or the halo halo at the markets

The temperature is already known to fall to freezing on Mount Apo (nearly 3000 metres above sea level) ...maginaw na maginaw ... although snow has not (yet) been recorded actually landing on the ground anywhere in the Philippines
The lowest recorded temperature in Manila over the past 50 years is 14 degrees Celsius ( 58 degrees Fahrenheit) ...but in Baguio City it has fallen to just over 6 degrees Celsius (42 degrees Fahrenheit).
In Iloilo the lowest recorded is 20 Celsius (68 Fahrenheit) ; Surigao and Zamboanga 19 Celsius (67 Fahrenheit).

Actually,it snowed in Manila last week.
Took the kids ice skating and once an hour the mall of asia management made it snow over the rink.
Freaked me out!! I was running around looking for my windscreen scraper worrying about slush on the roads and what it would be like living in the UK again!!
Just a nightmare though..A horrible nightmare! I was fine after a couple of SMB`s.
