... since you are 22 years of age, you won't require your parents' permission to wed. What you will have to do, though, is apply for a *CENOMAR from either your local Municipal Civil Registry - or the National Statistics Office - in the Philippines ... as they'll hold your birth and other records. But whether this will entail a trip back home - or the *document can be requested by post - I'm not entirely certain ... although I am confident someone else here can advise.
Hi there Arthur, thank you for replying me back. I am actually a British Citizen here and my fiance lives way back home (Philippines). Im just concerned if I apply for CNI if they will ask for my parents consent and if you've got any idea what sort of requirements they will ask for? Thanks
