CFO Sticker required for visitor visa?

I was wondering if you still need a CFO sticker before you leave the Philippines if you have a visitor Visa. My Wife's sister is travelling to Sweden for 3 months and she is unsure if she needs a CFO Sticker? Can anybody advise? many thanks,

No, Scottie ... as far as I'm aware, CFO stickers are only required by those persons travelling abroad for Settlement purposes ... and [possibly] by migrant OFWs.

My understanding is that the CFO is a REQUIREMENT .... but only in the case of Filipinos/Filipinas who were planning to MARRY someone from overseas.

The questions my Fiancee had to answer during her Interview were quite probing and all about our Relationship and our plans for Married Life.
