I'm with Virgin, and every month or so I'll get a call with an unmistakeable accent.
Now normally telesales would get short thrift from me, but these charming young ladies are rewarded with a very chatty customer who always needs a callback cos he can't make up his mind.

Not just young ladies graham,I got a guy,bayot/bakla call him what you will,I called him Rey because thats what he told me his name was,I had a chat with him,told him I was going to Manila,he asked with who,I said on my own,he said he would be my tour guide and used to ring me weekly under the guise of changing a contract or offering me a new-deal

I'm with Virgin media too. Not had them call me yet, but had to call them last Sunday as a couple of the channels were not working. I spoke to a nice lady then who was very helpful. Not sure where that call centre was though? When I had to phone them with some internet technical problems (I was suddenly receiving loads of dodgey spam emails) around a year ago and I'm sure they sounded Indian. They were not so helpful, cut me off twice and i ended up with a big phone bill! They said something couldn't be done, when I found myself after that it could be done!
