Dumagete is the fastest growing town in the Fils. Compact, got airport,shipping/pier,lovely boulevard with resto's, bars and very Friendly and polite Filipinos. (City of Gentle People)

are you having a laugh? Central Dumaguete has got to be most crowded place in the Visayas in the daytime. Traffic is terrible.
agree outside is brilliant, a small town like Valencia would be lovely, but you couldn't pay me to live in Dumaguete town.
