Where would you live?

Excellent place,perdices street is tricycle central nowadays,I remember it 20 years ago,I am there most years.
I dont intend to retire to Pinas,but if I had to it would be south-mindanao somewhere,zambo,cotabato,maybe Davao?

Is it safe, Zambo,cotabato?. Yeah perdices street in midday chokes but the boulevard makes up for that.
