Theres only really perdices and the boulevard packed with tricyclesunless its changed massively since I was there last november or december(cant remember when I left dumaguete)When I first visited the very early 1990's I remember being offered a house for £2000 just off the Boulevard near Jo's Chicken,it was a tranquil place back then.Could be worse,it could be a hellishly boring place like Bacolod
