Cebu City is nice. There's a lot to discover in this place. You could travel to the North or South of Cebu and there are a lot to see esp. the beaches. Cebu is also near many different islands like Bohol, Dumaguete, etc. Food is not expensive in Cebu unlike in the capital Manila.
