This guy"kidnapper" was a wealthy Filipino/teacher with contacts to a local senator who boarded the bus to negotiate a heroic release..
All pre planned as a highly visible political campaign..
A successful one at that.
...he done same thing years ago....with dummy grenades.....kids were having a party in the coach!!! Police sitting outside in full view of the 'guman'.....
