Any idea guyz how long it takes to get the final civil partnership dissolution base on your own experience. thanks a lot!

Sorry Chikky, I have no personal experience.
However in principle it follows the same process as divorce.
How long the whole process takes (from start to finish) will depend totally upon individual circumstances of both parties. No one can predict.

The 'Final Order', (which is equivalent to divorce decree absolute), can be applied for six weeks and one day after issue of 'Conditional Order' (which is same as divorce decree nisi).
Just like a divorce, if the petitioner does not apply for the Final Order the respondent, cannot apply until after three months.
