Since Tony is perhaps not yet able to apply a spouse visa due to earnings etc and a visit visa to the uk may not suceed.and as being together is the important thing for these two newly weds, I was sugesting that Elizas sister could support Tony to visit to the Phils and they would have a chance to be together much cheaper to

    Hope that clarifies for you

tony save your money, see if her sister, your family btw them will loan you £2,000 for 6 months, put it in your bank, go find any job you can, live on the minimum you can and apply for a spouse visa.
where r u living ? renting or with family etc..

no getting around this, its the only way..

Work's work, Tony ... full or part-time. Obviously it'd be better if you could find a permanent job ... which, I do realise, isn't easy in the present economic climate. But make sure you keep all the payslips you receive for the temporary work you're doing through the agency. Also, have you considered speaking to your local MP about your circumstances ... as I suggested in my message the other night? I'm not promising anything, mind ... but, as I mentioned, this can sometimes help - and will certainly do no harm!

You can send your MP a letter through http://www.theyworkforyou.com/ it tracks how long it takes them to respond.

By the way, one of the best named websites around. If only it were true in practice as in theory.
