is it true that i need to have a job before my wife can apply for a family visit visa, even though she will be staying at her sisters house here in uk and her sis will be paying for everything.
this is what my wife said that the visa agency place said before xmas. and today she tells me that the visa people say its easier to get a spouse visa, i know that this isnt true and tried to explain to her that its alot more complicated to get a spouse visa, but she just gets upset and i feel guilty and end up in tears myself, breaks my heart to see her upset and sad, i feel that thay are lieing, or are they giving out bad advice, my wife is starting to hate me so ill not try to explain things anymore, ill just agree with any desisions she makes.
i thought that she could come here on a family visit visa and we can be together this year for 6 months, but now ill have to agree with her even though i know it will be atleast 2012 to sort the spouse visa, thats if i can find a permanant job for atleast 6 months,
ive just started a tempry job with the agency but they say it will only be for 4 to 6 weeks.
all i wanted to know is the is the correct requirments for both visas, not that it matters now. my wifes the boss and if i want to keep her ill have to agree with her, even if i know shes wrong, we love eachother and miss eachother but its getting harder and harder to keep my lovely wife happy and smileing :(
