yes sim he may be able to get away with 3 payslips but i am a bit worried with tonys situation regarding work & finances to be refused over payslips may put him back in getting a spouse visa financially for quite a while i think he needs to apply when he is sure everything is in order & confident that a refusal will be very unlikely
