well trust me to twist my back, just out shopping and walking back to the car with 6 bags of shopping, food shopping so quite heavy, then my phone rings in my pocket, its on vibrat and ringing so do i just let it vibrat and enjoy or answer it, yep you have guessed it i put all 6 bags in one hand while grabbing my phone, doing a little twist and snap there is goes , my poor back, Emma is at work so no rubbing and sothing till after 7 pm tonight, poor me, had to get the kids to fetch the shopping out of the car, so any one close to me ring me and come and give me a rub down
