I used to see someones selling a barong when there's a Filipino festivals but not sure in the shops. Why don't you try searching on the internet i.e ebay, amazon etc. or perhaps try the Filipino shops in London.
Two years ago I asked my sister to buy me a wedding gown and dress for my lil one in the Phils. then I received within a week.
