Why rent if you can afford to buy it for her, if she deserves it then go for it!! remember that if youre renting your giving away money to people(landlord) who doesnt take care of you like your gf does at the moment,....life is full of surprises and sometimes $hit happens , but then again,you can charge it all to experience..
