applying for spouse visa with less than six months bank statements

just wondering if anyone has experience in applying for the spouse visa with 3months worth of bank statements instead of six, obviously fufilling all d requirements?

Hi malawi, I wouldn't say that less than 6 months bank statements is not acceptable! Have read spouse visas granted with 3 months only and so as 6 months!...I think what the ECO's after is - you show that you can be able to support your wife/family so no to "recourse to public funds".
I have just granted a spouse visa few days ago, good luck Hope this helps

some people have got a visa with only 3 months, but you should send what your asked or you could increase your risk of refusal.
