I need advice/suggestion for my tourist visa

Hello guys! I'm just new here and just read some posted threads here and find it very helpful. ANd I was wondering maybe you could help me on problem about visa.

I am from Philippines and I have a boyfriend from UK, we're deciding to get a tourist visa so we could spend much time together as we're not planning to get married yet because I'm still young and want to enjoy getting to know each other first before settling down. My question is: Can he sponsor me on my visit visa? What are the documents needed for the visa? I have no job yet but I'm planning to open a business to have proof that I have living here in the Philippines.

So I hope you can help me with this matter, every suggestions and advice will mean alot!

This is the most important issue for you cristal

The Visit visa is perhaps the most difficult to have granted.

As bornarbirth has said. Much easier for your B/F to visit Phils.

long time ago i applied for a tourist visa and i was refused..
my fiance,who is my husband now, has come over to the Phil for numbers of times,and he wanted me to come over to the UK, for me to see how it`s like to live there..
i was jobless then,but i got money in the bank, we supplied all the necessary documents..but..they
said i have no ties and commitment in the Phil and
they weren`t convinced that i have plans of returning.
so we have no choice but to wait for his decree absolute and applied then for a fiancee visa..

based on my experience, being a gf and a wife of which I applied for Visit visa as I don't like the weather at the moment here in the UK. Both were not granted at all.

Unless you are working, owns properties like house, car or business with supporting documents from DTI, BIR and Permits and has been going on for at least 12 months then you have can be granted.

I have some friends who were able to have tourist visa but they have properties and businesses to show.

Better your bf comes here.. or your apply for Fiance visa if you are over 21 years old.

Thank you purple, that information would really help me to get all my documents done. Im only 19 and turning 20 this year and our only option to have much time together is to visit one another and we're not planning on getting married or applying for fiance visa when I turned 21 yet, this would be harder than I thought. I still hopes that our relationship will work even we're far apart. Godbless and take care!
