It's not live, the date on viewing it tonight is 6th of Feb 2010. And it has the word "Archive" top left of the vid.

The other cam is live, real time within 30 seconds like most cams of this type.

Maybe someone robbed the camera ..... Strange, as the Vegas one is live, and yet the Cebu one is 2009!!! .... Stick with the original one .... at least the latter one has given me an idea of the traffic on the coast road near the car hire place I'd use, so not totally useless.

No it is useful,the original link posted is live within 30 seconds, it is the one that moves and zooms that is the one that is not real time.

Id better inform the the wife then. When she feels homesick, which is not often . She can look at the webcam, then after seeing all the pollution and watching the police rob the motorists, she will realise she is not homesick after all .
